First Scrapbooking store in the Bahamas

Hello all scrappers, I am pleased to announce a new scrapbook store opening in Nassau...... Please don't be shy....ask as many questions as you like. Let me tell you a bit about myself. Scrapbooking became my HOBBY about 5 years ago, then it became a PASSION about 3 years ago, then it became a MUST DO {like having to breathe} about a year ago. From then it's been a part of my must have list.

I was teaching primary grade for some time and my best subject was arts & crafts, I got more excited about it than the kids...lol......! I went to a seminar in Texas 2 years ago, and the speaker asked, How many of you wake up in the morning and you have a smile on your face, just elated to go to work? Definitely.......my hands stayed down. He encouraged us to go to our rooms that evening and think about what brings you joy, and what relaxes you.

At that time the only answer I came up with was SCRAPBOOKING! From that minute on I've been planning, working my butt off to get my store open.

I just want to say a special Thank You to:

1. Ann @ Scrapbook Your Art Out
2. Amy, Stacy & of course "ANGELIA" @ Scrappy Boutique
3. M-C Graves...........my new best friend in scrapbboking

And Micheal.......the best love in the world.....who has "pushed" me to follow my dreams at any cost.{smooches}

And I can't forget......my twin......my daughter ...Dana! She's been the biggest help of all, opening boxes, stacking products on the shelves and helping me input the products into my POS system!

Thanks to ALL!!!!!!!!

Look for some pics of the store in my next blog.
Take Care My Fellow Scrappers
